Cancellation Eligibility
Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any penalty or charge. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted as the order may have already been processed and shipped.
Order Status: To be eligible for cancellation, your order must not have been processed or shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may be eligible for a return or refund as per our Return Policy.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
Processing Refunds: If your cancellation request is received within the eligible timeframe and the order has not been processed or shipped, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
